My mission is to eliminate the civil-military divide with Matt Louis

Matt gave 25 years of his life serving our country.

He also spent 25 years in the corporate world.

These experiences gave him a unique perspective into the obstacles that veterans experience landing a meaningful job after their military time comes to an end.

When Matt entered the private sector there weren't any good transition models or approaches he could follow. So he created his own. Matt soon found himself sharing the ideas with his military brothers who were going through their own transition. This led him to writing his first book Mission Transition.   

He is back now with a second book, Hiring Veterans, a guide to helping organizations hire and retain members of the military community. Get your copy on Labor Day 2023 at your favorite bookstore.   

While Matt had a fulfilling and successful career in the corporate world, he was pulled to his mission in life – helping veterans transition into the private sector as the President of Purepost, an organization that matches job opportunities to the full competencies and skills of veterans.
